Dimasimma Engineering
DimaSimma offers their solid experience to study the engineering and logistical needs of the building space.
We understand that the need to have an automatic warehouse is not everything. Future users of automatic stores have difficulty to completely understand the vast facets and particular functions of one system compared with another solution. Choosing the most appropriate technology, one solution opposed to another, etc. Together with our Clients, we define strategies, solutions, and organization of this important investment. In this way the investor is in front of a clear, understandable presentation to obtain their desired results, with relative costs, yearly cost amortization, and a precise installation program and system setup.
The DimaSimma staff elaborates a Feasibility Study examining in fine detail, critical and analytical modes of the current production process, how to expand it for the future, foreseeing processes and procedures in close detail.
The following step is to create a pre-project, which provides a benefit analysis and investment return prospectus. Then a sort of demo video is created to simulate the project in a dynamic way in order to show the client the three dimensional product flow movements, making it completely comprehensible how the future system functions.
In fact, every component of the system is put into parameters on the simulated design with real-time speeds and time cycles. This visualizes to the user the global interface/interconnections of the various system parts. We test the warehouse system’s efficiency focusing on the complete cycle with all its various phases. Testing also includes possibilities to simulate potential problems in an eventual system breakdown or block, experiments of unexpected cycle changes with increased production, unforeseen changes and problems. The last step is the production of a technical specification to build the warehouse system with the side by side presence of the Client for the executive decisions to create the project and the potential suppliers.
